ShotByMK Studio Policy

Full payment for your studio rental is required to book your requested date/time.

No Refunds, but we will gladly ensure you are 100% pleased with our service. For rescheduling or cancellations, please scroll to the bottom.

• Due to COVID-19, only 4 people are allowed in the creative space at once. 

• No Food or Beverages are allowed in the  creative space, unless the session is a edible product or culinary shoot. If our clients get a little hungry, we do have snacks available for purchase. 

• Please don't hesitate ask for help when operating unfamiliar equipment in the creative space, MK will available to assist you!

• All Clients accept responsibility for any and all damage to the walls, floors, equipment, fixtures, appliances, couches, props and anything housed or affixed on or inside the studio during the time of their booking. The client is responsible for REPLACEMENT OF ANY EQUIPMENT MISSING OR DAMAGED.

• The client is also responsible for returning the studio to the same condition as it was at the beginning of their rental. ShotByMK will accept responsibility for standard cleaning after the client’s booking has ended. All trash is to be placed in the receptacles by the client. A $75.00 excessive clean up fee will be applied to the clients bill if the studio is not returned to an acceptable condition.

• Please schedule your rental time so that you allow for set up, client meeting, session, and cleanup to happen within your allotted rental time. We also suggest for you to plan ahead for clients arriving late or your scheduled session running over your scheduled time slot.

• Arriving before your scheduled time to set up is not allowed, as another client may have the space during that time.

• Videographers: Please ensure you read the list of equipment included with our rental sessions. Most videographers prefer to bring their own equipment to pair along with our studio equipment.

• Our creative space is located in Decatur, GA available to rent for photography, and videography. We can also host intimate gatherings, classes, and workshops. Please contact us directly for pricing, availability, and event planning. 

Cancellations of confirmed bookings will result in the following manner:

• If cancellation occurs 120 hours or more (5 Days or more) prior to the rental date/time, then 50% of the client's studio payment will be refunded or client may reschedule the rental date within 1 month without penalty.

• If cancellation occurs 96 hours to 48 hours (4 Days to 2 Days) prior to the rental date/time, Client may reschedule the rental date within 1 month without penalty.

• If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours (considered same-day) prior to rental date, then no payments will be refunded and rental date/time will be cancelled.
